The first thing people notice in a great glass house is not the glass. It is the water. When a house is designed well, the walls step back and the view moves in.

Less frame, more view

Modern glass can now span six metres or more without a frame. That means fewer lines across the view, and more light deep inside the rooms. It also means the house changes all day, with the sky and the sea.

We do not sell glass houses. We sell the light that comes through them.

Comfort behind the clear walls

Good glass is not only beautiful. Triple glazing, solar coatings and hidden shading keep the rooms calm in summer and warm in winter. You feel the view, not the weather.

When we visit a home for Lumare, we stand in each room at different hours. If the glass makes us stop and look, the house is ready for our list.
